Randee Hooker 

Randee Hooker received her BFA at Florida Atlantic University where she studied contemporary art, installation art, and conceptual art. Hooker acquired skills in painting, printmaking, sculpture, mixed media, photography, and ceramics.

Hooker currently lives and works in Coral Springs, FL and has been painting for over 10 years. Hooker's recent  work consists mainly of  abstract paintings on large canvases. She uses a wide range of mediums, such as acrylic, ink, pen, charcoal, watercolor, and paper.

Hooker incorporates thought and emotion from written word on the canvas, leaving the the text slightly exposed to create a sense of curiosity. Each painting displays movement and energy, while using color to draw in the viewer.
