1. Service Consent
I authorize Randee Hooker to photograph me/my family/my business and provide editing services. I understand the final creative output may involve artistic interpretation of light, posing, and post-processing.

2. Model Release
I grant Randee Hooker the irrevocable right to use images from this session for her professional portfolio, website, social media, publications, and promotional materials
I understand that all photographs remain the intellectual property of Randee Hooker. I receive printing rights and digital usage as outlined in the client package but may not alter or sell the images.

4. Liability Waiver
I waive and release Randee Hooker from any and all claims of liability arising out of this session, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, or dissatisfaction with artistic interpretation.

5. Location Access
I confirm that I have permission to use the session location and understand I am responsible for any location-related fees or permits.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
I agree to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling. In the case of illness, emergency, or inclement weather, Randee Hooker may reschedule at no additional cost. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Final Deliverables
I understand that final edited images will be will be delivered within two weeks. The number of final photos and file types will align with the selected package.
